How are you doing during these wild and challenging times we are living in? It seems that everyone is experiencing challenges of one kind or another. Last month, I temporarily closed my in-person practice to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus. It breaks my heart to not be able to practice bodywork, as I know that this is an extremely stressful time for many people, and bodywork is so powerfully relaxing and amazing for immunity and vitality.
I would LOVE to receive bodywork or acupuncture and go to a yoga class as I have been dealing with my own anxiety, fears and tension. But alas, I am home with my wonderful husband and two year old daughter, finding little ways to stay calm, centered and grounded.
But here’s the good news…. I still can help you to find your center, create inner peace, and increase your vitality. I have been preparing to offer virtual work for many years as I have hundreds of hours of training in somatic therapy, yoga, life coaching, focusing, and BodyMind Coaching. So I am now offering virtual video or phone sessions. I am also teaching a Self–Massage workshop next tuesday! Self–Massage for relaxation and vitality!

Don’t let social distancing keep you from taking care of yourself! You might not be able to receive professional massage these days, but you can learn effective ways to reduce tension and energy blockages in the body using self–massage and guided relaxation techniques. Learn acupressure, reflexology and lymphatic drainage techniques to create relaxation and vitality.
The workshop will be on Zoom, and will be recorded for anyone who misses it.
Though I am sad to not be able to practice bodywork during this time, I am also excited because I have been dreaming of doing virtual work for a long time. I have found that presence and compassion can be felt no matter how far apart we are physically. There is a different quality to the intimacy with the virtual work, and I am excited to support you in any way that I can.
