In honor of the beginning of a new year, it is powerful to connect with your inner wisdom and reflect on what your vision is for yourself and the world.
I recommend taking some time to find a pen and a couple pieces of paper, light a candle, turn on some relaxing music, and make sure you won’t be disturbed for 10 minutes.
Take ten deep belly breaths, connect with your body and spirit and then reflect on what you would like to release from last year. Take some time to write these things down. It can be nice to release this paper whether you shred it or burn it with gratitude for all the lessons learned.
Then, take ten more deep breaths and reflect on what you are calling into your life with the new year, and how you want to feel in your body. On the second piece of paper, write down these intentions. Place them in a place where you will see them every day.

This year will be my sixteenth year in service as a healing arts practitioner, and my intention is to honor the full spectrum of my healing offerings. I am excited to share with you some new offerings for this year!
